Modifications/History Car shipped to Sydney on SS Sagaland and was received into Nuffield (Aust) inventory on February 18, 1952. Car was originally painted Black with Green Trim and sold on February 22, 1952. Car shipped back to the UK and first registered on July 1st 1994. Ken bought 11814 in September 2004 and spent until 2011 refurbishing the car for road use including rebuilding the carburettors, distributor, and replacing brake master and wheel cylinders and many rubber components as well as repairing the door locks so the doors stay shut when cornrting. Ken is keen to learn more of his cars history in Australia. Help please. |
