Modifications/History When originally built this car was painted Red with Red trim. Car was shipped into Sydney on SS Craigaur and was received into Nuffield (Aust) inventory on April 11, 1950. Car was first registered in N.S.W. on may 19, 1950. Subsequently this Buchanan bodied TD chassis was raced in Queensland when the body was widened to take 10" wide road wheels. Greg has since removed the flared wheel arches and fitted standard wheels. A Riley 1.5 litre gearbox is fitted. |
